Terms and conditions

Make a reservation using the form at the bottom of the site, indicating the required data, after consulting the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

In the months of July and August and during the Christmas period (December 23 - January 6) reservations of a minimum of two nights' stay will be accepted.

PAYMENT
​
Upon confirmation of the reservation, you will be asked to pay a deposit equal to 30% and the balance 7 days before arrival at the facility.

CHECK IN
​
The structure checks in between 14.30 PM and 19.30.
​

CHECK OUT
​
Check-out from the structure must be done by 10.30.
​

ANIMALS
​
Dogs are allowed, with prior notice. A supplement will be required.

It is forbidden to let dogs on the sofa and on the bed.

Dogs cannot be left alone or unattended in the home. In shared areas (terrace and green area), they must be kept on a leash.
Cats are not accepted..
